Policy

Premium package prices may vary depending on event. All packages to be paid 3 weeks before arrival. 50% Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. A credit card is kept on file for any damages, house will be inspected with clients before and after. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if necessary. Check-in after 3:00PM, Check-outs before 11:00AM. If no other bookings are requested you may stay at a additional fee per day.
